About the Role

As a seasoned UX designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our users. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and effective solutions.

Our team is seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join us. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user needs are translated into effective design solutions.

  • User Research and Experience Design: Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design.
  • Collaborative Design Delivery: Work closely with stakeholders to co-design solutions aligned with project goals. Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements.
  • Usability Testing and Feedback Loop: Design and execute usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys. Analyze test results to identify usability issues and propose design enhancements.
  • Documentation and Design Assets: Develop and maintain design documentation, including design systems, screen specifications, and annotated prototypes. Create user guides or onboarding materials to facilitate solution adoption when needed.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Monitor post-implementation user experience and recommend enhancements. Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and AI interface design patterns to inform solution improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in UX design and testing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma), usability testing techniques, prototyping, and wireframing. Good to have experience in AI, analytics, or process automation.
