We are looking for an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our team. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
• Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
• Support employee communication meetings (English) as required by clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues promptly.
• Develop proactive strategies to anticipate client needs and objectives ahead of policy renewals.
• Identify areas of process improvements and work with respective functions in executing changes.
• Prioritize own work and meet agreed timelines.
Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment:
You will face challenges such as managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and resolving service issues promptly.
Developmental Value of Position:
This role offers opportunities to gain exposure to account retention and attaining financial targets set on assigned portfolio, develop proactive strategies to anticipate client needs and objectives ahead of policy renewals, and improve processes to increase efficiency.
Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field is required. Sales support or direct sales experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
Personal Competencies Required:
Excellent communication skills, Microsoft applications skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ability to multi-task and work under time pressure, strong analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, adaptability, self-motivation, responsibility, and accountability.
