Site Supervisor - Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee carpentry work on construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating carpentry tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee carpentry work on-site to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand carpentry requirements
  • Coordinate with the team to assign tasks and ensure that all work is completed in line with design specifications and building codes
  • Ensure that the team uses proper safety gear and follows all safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in leading and managing teams to ensure smooth operations on-site
  • Ability to address and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption to the work schedule
Working Conditions

This role is based in Tampines and requires a 6-day workweek.
