Sales Performance Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Sales Performance Manager to secure leads, sell forklifts and related material handling equipment, and provide excellent customer service. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Source new sales opportunities by conducting cold calls, visiting customers, and participating in trade shows.
- Engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the benefits of our equipment.
- Closed deals by employing persuasive sales techniques and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales administration, aftersales support, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the material handling industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
