Hardware Test Engineering Expert

The role of Hardware Test Engineer involves the development, execution, and maintenance of production test systems to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of hardware products.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support efficient production and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing production-level test plans, procedures, and test systems for new products,
- Collaborating with hardware design engineers to understand product functionality and define test requirements and coverage,
- Automating test scripts and hardware interfaces for testing PCBA, system-level, and final product,
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate test tools, instruments, and platforms for production use,
- Providing test documentation to production and manufacture technicians to ensure test processes are correctly followed,
- Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware failures in collaboration with R&D and manufacturing,
- Supporting pilot builds and production ramp-up,
- Maintaining test records and providing detailed reporting of test results,
- Leading continuous improvement efforts for test processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field,
- 5+ years of relevant experience in hardware production test engineering or hardware development,
- Strong understanding of Analog/digital circuits, PCB schematics, and signal integrity,
- Hands-on experience with automated test systems and data acquisition tools,
- Familiarity with production processes, SMT/PCBA processes, and product lifecycle management systems,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams,
- Knowledge of quality and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
