The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of XR technologies, extensive experience in setting up and managing large-scale XR labs, and a proven track record in AI and data security. A strong government connection and leadership skills are essential qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- XR Expertise: Proven track record in developing and managing XR technologies.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on XR and related fields.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience in C-level management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Government Relations: Established connections with government agencies and a proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes.
- AI and Data Security: Expertise in AI applications and data security best practices, particularly in the context of large-scale projects.
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of combined experience in technology and management roles.
- Experience in setting up and managing large-scale XR labs in multiple industries.
- Experience in enterprise software / SaaS preferred.
- International experience and/or multicultural skills would be a plus.
- Experience working on government-funded projects.
