Job Title: Senior Manager, Rail Maintenance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or project management, with a degree from a reputable university. Preferably, they should hold tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.

With at least 5 to 10+ years of experience in rail maintenance or a similar engineering environment, the successful candidate will have proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors. They must be familiar with asset management systems, budgets, and fleet maintenance.

The skills and knowledge required for this role include a strong understanding of maintenance strategies, permit-to-work systems, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety legislation interpretation.
