We are looking for a skilled Cloud Security Architect to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Job

This role involves implementing and maintaining cloud security requirements on software and hardware, patching vulnerabilities, deploying security tools, and conducting security audits. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of Deel's cloud infrastructure and adhering to industry standards such as SOC II, PCI, and SOX.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information System Security, Computer Science, or a related field and at least five years of experience as a System Security Engineer or related position. Certifications such as GSEC, CompTIA Security +, GCTD, CIS, (ISC)2, or any other relevant Security-related certificates are also required.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security requirements on software and hardware
  • Patching Vulnerabilities
  • Deploying Security Tools
  • Security Audits. Must have understanding of Security Control Requirements pertaining to audits such as SOC II, PCI, SOX, etc
  • Responding to security incidents
  • Policy updates such as conditional policy, password policy, etc.
  • MDM Solution Management
  • Cloud Delivered Firewall management
  • SaaS Application Security Management
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Information System Security, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Five or more years of work experience as a System Security Engineer or related position
  • Certifications such as GSEC, CompTIA Security +, GCTD, CIS, (ISC)2, or any other relevant Security-related certificates
  • Proven experience developing, operating, and maintaining security systems
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols and principles
  • Strong IT background
  • Must have a deep understanding and familiarity with: MDM Softwares like Kandji and Microsoft Intune Windows Workstation Vulnerabilities Vulnerability management and patching EDR Experience: such as Crowdstrike, Sentinel One, Sophos, etc. DLP Applications: such as Fortra, Proofpoint, Teramind. Identity Providers such as Okta Cloud Delivered Firewall Management such as Palo Alto Prisma Access SSPM Applications such as Adaptive Shield
