Job Description:

We are seeking an Educational Support Professional to assist teaching in primary classrooms on an adhoc basis. The successful candidate will supervise and teach small groups within a whole class or small group setting, helping to prepare lesson materials, filing and organising student work and resources, supervising students during lunchtimes and breaktimes, and assisting lessons in art, physical education or other subjects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English spoken and written language, classes will be conducted in English
  • Fluency in other languages a plus as you will be communicating with colleagues and students who speak various languages
  • Tertiary education qualifications a plus
  • Experience working with children aged 5 to 11
  • Willingness and ability to learn and take direction
  • Flexibility, organisation skills and a caring attitude
  • Availability to work on an adhoc basis
