Job Opportunity: Lift Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lift Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all work processes comply with quality, environmental, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance services on lifts and escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and carry out preventive and/or corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Respond to breakdowns and call-backs according to contract terms, including 24-hour standby duty.
  • Communicate with customers on any operational enquiries and/or feedback.
  • Report to superior and team timely, ensuring that all work processes comply with quality, environmental, and safety procedures and requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments such as technical support, training, and assessments etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of lift operations and maintenance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
