Coordinating Lift Maintenance Schedules

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to manage lift maintenance schedules. As the primary liaison, you will work closely with internal departments, clients, and Specialist Professional Engineers (SPEs) to ensure seamless coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and maintaining work schedules for lift and escalator units undergoing Annual Inspections and Full Load Testing as part of the Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal process.

You will serve as the key point of contact for inspection coordination, communicating schedule updates promptly to all stakeholders.

In addition, you will track on-site progress and make necessary schedule adjustments to align with project deadlines and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance or a related field.
  • Min NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or similar.
  • Experience in SAP ERP, SAP Hybris, or other enterprise systems is an added advantage.
