At SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for formulating and carrying out strategic procurement and contracts management supports for all directly invested projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Review cost assumptions for new projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide assistance and guidance to other departments on their procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support Risk Management in screening, strengthening contracts and procurement practices and SOPs for joint-venture projects.
- Review project's Procurement and Contracts Management policies and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Oversee Project's QS procurement and contracts management works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Degree in Building / QS or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Developer / Consultancy, with a strong background in procurement and contracts management.
- Regional experience is a plus, and professional qualification from recognized Quantity Surveying Professional bodies (e.g. SISV, RICS, MRICS) is highly desirable.
