Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resource Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, conducting preliminary resume vetting, phone interviews, and arranging interviews.
  • You will also source, plan, organize, and attend career fairs and recruitment events, liaise with schools, Polytechnics, and Universities, and assist in orientation for new staff.
  • In addition, you will create and update new hires and resigned staff data, support HR functions such as updating and checking leave records, personnel records, and payroll-related records, and handle clearance for resigned staff.
  • Furthermore, you will compile employee time records, verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime, and assist in organizing company events when necessary.
  • Your responsibilities will also include generating reports to Managers and performing daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a min Diploma or Degree in Business / Human Resource related.
  • Prior experience in HR related positions is required, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
