Senior Culinary Professional Wanted Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced Cook/Demi Chef de Partie to support the smooth operation of our Dietetics & Catering Services department. About the Role:You will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring patient meals are prepared accurately according to ward orders, and producing meals of acceptable quality. Key Responsibilities:• At least 2 years of cooking experience• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (timings: 7am to 4:30pm, 8am-5:30pm, 9-6:30pm)• Maintain accurate records and perform any other duties assigned Requirements:• Competent in Microsoft Office applications• Valid food hygiene certification of at least 6 months• GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma holder A Career with Us:The Institute of Mental Health is a premier psychiatric hospital providing comprehensive mental health services and training programs.
