Job Title: Event and Social Media Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hotel events as well as managing our presence across key social media platforms.

This role is perfect for those with a passion for event planning and social media management who want to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute hotel events including festive celebrations, theme-nights, promotional campaigns etc
  • Liaise with F&B, Front Office, Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth operations during events
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessary
  • Develop and manage content calendars for all social medial platforms
  • Create engaging content such as photos, videos, stories to promote ongoing events, room deals and F&B promotions
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to increase visibility and engagement
  • Promote room packages, F&B deals, seasonal and special promotions even on non-event days to maintain online presence and brand awareness
  • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare report on engagement and ROI
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and social media management, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset and detailed-oriented
  • Photography/videography and graphic design skills will be an added advantage
