About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
  • Managing calendars, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements as needed.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports on expenses and other financial matters.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collating staff expense claims and monitoring annual leave entitlements.
  • Preparing banking transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing internet research and personal purchases for senior leaders.
