About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and clearing in both structural & architectural finishing works, and apartment unit handover from contractor to developer.

  1. Minimum 5 years' site experience on residential condo/commercial projects with ERSS and precast experience.
  2. Experience in inspecting defect rectification works during post TOP period for condo/commercial projects.
  3. Registered with IES/ACES as Accredited Resident Technical Officer.
  4. Essential to have good knowledge in local authority standards of acceptable finishes tolerances.
  5. Good team player and able to oversee and ensure contractor complete defects rectification within timeline set.

Your Responsibilities:
