Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Service Lead to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for leading the assessment, planning, and execution of identity overhaul and repurposing activities.

This role involves implementing and optimizing identity lifecycle processes, configuring and managing privileged access controls, and collaborating with IT, security, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan identity overhaul and repurposing activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and optimize identity lifecycle processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Configure and manage privileged access controls to address operational and compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation, identity security, and best practices for IAM improvements.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IAM, including CyberArk and SailPoint implementation and management.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact IAM projects within tight timeframes.
  • Strong technical expertise in identity governance and privileged access management.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to identity management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills
  • Relevant certifications in CyberArk and SailPoint.
  • Experience handling large-scale identity overhauls or migrations.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore regulatory environment.
