Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Wellness Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various treatments and massage therapies.

Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough consultations to understand individual client needs and expectations, determining the most effective treatment programs.

You will also be responsible for effectively managing appointments and maintaining punctuality, prioritizing guest comfort and tailoring services to meet their specific needs.

In addition, you will project a warm, professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues, adhering to high standards of sanitation, presentation, and visual appeal.

To succeed in this role, you must foster repeat business through proactive engagement and excellent service, as well as achieve retail sales performance targets through skilled sales techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Show strong organizational abilities and follow-through to manage appointments and maintain punctuality.
  • Possess beauty wellness and massage certifications or be willing to obtain them.
  • Haven experience with body scrubs and wraps techniques, body massage, and facial treatments.
  • Value customer service expertise and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Show enthusiasm for fast-paced work environments and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Demonstrate passion for the spa industry.
  • Be open to coaching and willing to learn new skills.
