Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead complex technical projects and drive business growth across various domains. This exciting opportunity involves managing software engineers, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with project management teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews
  • Lead technical projects and provide strategic direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
  • Work closely with project management and experience design teams to deliver project outcomes
  • Contribute technically to projects
  • Mentor software engineers and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Java Technologies and Spring Framework
  • Experience in ReactJS is an asset
  • Software support and maintenance of deployed products and solutions
  • At least 5 years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of commercial software product development
  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership position
  • Customer-oriented and skilled in developing a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and SQL
  • Ability to manage a hosting environment, including database administration and scaling applications
  • Understanding of front-end web technologies
  • Experienced in developing on Unix/Linux environments
  • Prolific learner with a passion for working with new technologies
