Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to support our operations as a Temp Administrative Executive.

This role will involve coordinating all administration aspects, including:

  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels
  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with external service providers for bookkeeping, company secretarial services, and company compilation and audit

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage activities by managing license applications and renewals.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B or restaurant operations
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
