**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development of our Strategic Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating training needs and providing advisory support.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate professional development needs between teams and course providers
  • Provide frontline training development advisory support
  • Support human resources administration for our Strategic Communications team
  • Negotiate and create partnerships with course providers
  • Support curation of public run courses
  • Manage administrative and coordinative deadlines

**Key Challenges:**

  • Holding strong stakeholder management abilities to provide sound advice
  • Maturity and tact to engage a wide range of stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in human resource or personnel management related roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
