Senior Environmental Specialist

As a respected environmental organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our projects and provide technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical work as an environmental engineer or scientist for environmental impact assessments, management, and monitoring.
- Develop strategies and prepare proposals for new projects.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and colleagues as part of a team.
- Deliver key deliverables on time while managing resources, schedules, and risks.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering or science disciplines.
- Recent experience in monitoring, analysing, and assessing environmental qualities such as water quality, sediment quality, soil quality, air quality, noise, and vibration is preferred.
- Experience in marine environmental management and monitoring is highly advantageous.
- ESG work experience is an advantage.
- Previous consultancy experience is favorably looked upon.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of environmental management, monitoring, assessment, and solutions.
- Fluence in ESG reporting guidelines and standards, particularly on biodiversity disclosure.
- Self-motivated, creative, energetic, and willing to learn new skills through best practices and research.
- Attention to detail with good verbal, analytical, and writing skills, professional presentation, and communication competencies.
