The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in managing and improving capabilities within Enterprise Applications (such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa, etc.).

  • Overseeing project implementation, change management, and service desk operations.
  • Providing strategic direction and effectively allocating resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Offering technical guidance for the planning, design, upgrade, installation, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Enterprise Applications.
  • Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of business and system processes to recommend and propose both technical and non-technical solutions that align with business needs.
  • Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Supervising the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of functional and technical documentation.
  • Coordinating integrations between Enterprise Applications (e.g., APIs, middleware, etc.).
  • Communicating and managing platform releases to key business stakeholders.
  • Identifying and monitoring business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to Enterprise Applications.
  • Conducting IT security assessments and ensuring compliance with both internal and external audit recommendations.
  • Engaging with vendors, responding to quotations and contracts, and performing necessary budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 5+ years of management experience in Enterprise Applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platform knowledge and the SaaS model (including application, data, and security).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to guide the team and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong project management and planning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills in both process and solution analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ITIL Certification is advantageous.
