Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites by providing administrative support to the site management team, including coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage site paperwork, including timesheets, permits, and licenses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the site management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Site Management

  • Manage site paperwork, including timesheets, permits, and licenses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Relevant diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
