**Responsibilities**
- Fetch and arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers daily
- Supervise all workers on site, ensuring proper execution of project site operations
- Oversee construction projects and supervise workers. The general foreman responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors at site works and resolve site issues
- Report to project manager on project status
- Planning and order material
- Quality check and control for finished works
- Progress control on structure works
- Control the quality /budget/site progress
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
- Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork
- Any other related ad-hoc duties assign by superior from time to time
- Will be required to perform overtime work, weekend works or working with challenging client from time to time

**Qualifications/Requirements: -**
- Preferably Minimum Diploma in Construction/Civil/Structural Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in construction industry
- Driving qualifications
- Able to work independently and ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
