Job Title: E&I Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced E&I supervisor to manage electrical and instrumentation works on offshore projects.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical and instrumentation work plans in accordance with project schedules and targets.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure high-quality materials and works conform to project specifications.
  • Monitor and update daily manpower reports, providing feedback on any shortfalls or issues.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to prioritize activities based on the sequence of works.
  • Facilitate site coordination with other trades.
  • Identify potential material shortages and implement contingency measures.
  • Ensure site execution aligns with the plan, adhering to the sequence of works and proper supervision.
  • Attend weekly sub-con meetings, discussing site problems and collaborating on solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to sub-contractors on specific work details.
  • Oversee all aspects of work status and progress.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the planning department.
  • Responsible for clearance of both in-house and client punch lists.
  • Coordinate inspections according to approved inspection test plans.
  • Active participation in safety programs and implementation (daily tool box meeting and VSCC).

Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving site electrical and instrument supervision.
