We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects from conception to completion.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate design detailing between clients and consultants;
    • Review, update, and coordinate all architectural work, including shop drawings for the project;
    • Resolve site architectural issues and implement quality and productivity methods using BIM software or equivalent;
    • Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors on projects to alleviate conflicts, disputes, and abortive work;
    • Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality standards without deviation from authority requirements;
    • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation according to the Master Programme;
    • Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for Contract/Procurement management;
    • Prepare necessary construction method statements and technical proposals for a smooth transition of works;
    • Inspect, resolve, and monitor rectifications for in-progress work;
    • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials, and supervise work progress;
    • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspections of installed works;
    • Prepare and coordinate QM/CONQUAS assessments;
    • Compile and hand over architectural documentation, including as-built drawing submissions.

Requirements:

  • Rélevant degree/diploma in architecture or its equivalent;
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience, preferably with CONQUAS/QM experience on PPVC or PBU projects;
  • Understanding of specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of works;
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings for discrepancies;
  • Awareness of relevant authorities' requirements;
  • Good team player;
  • Experience in QM projects and registration as a Core-trade Foreman/Supervisor is an advantage.
