Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS networking services, including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers. They will also be proficient in configuring and monitoring Palo Alto firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN
  • Configure and monitor AWS networking components, including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers
  • Respond to network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL best practices
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity
  • Maintain accurate configuration, process, and change documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Route Tables)
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN (GlobalProtect preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Networking (e.g., CCNA, PCNSE) are advantageous
