Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services.
  • Answer technical inquiries from customers regarding Splunk technology, features, solutions, applications, and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer happiness through all stages of the technical sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customer's technical staff.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in selling and supporting software products to IT organizations.
  • Experience in delivering sales and technical enablement workshops or webinars to customers.
  • Proficient in either IT, Security, or DevOps solutions.
  • Experience and familiarity with IT management products and services.
  • Experience with networking, server, application, and development technologies.
  • Domain expertise with IT Operations, Application Management, and/or security/compliance is desirable.
