Program Details:- Duration: 15 months
- Location: Singapore (or specify site)
You will work on meaningful projects that impact our ability to deliver life-saving medicines. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Rotating across key areas of automation and digital manufacturing, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Supporting system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
- Participating in digital transformation initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
- Gaining exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements, including GMP, data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Contributing to our culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Early-career professionals with strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of automation systems and programming languages is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and contributing to healthcare.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry engineering.
- Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance Procedures for process control systems.
- Ability to monitor issues and develop preventative solutions.
- Experience with manufacturing information systems.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
