Job Title: Enterprise Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Enterprise Implementation Manager. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with clients at all levels, serving as the primary point of contact for frequent interactions.
  • Facilitate open communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, reporting progress and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the company's representative on significant matters, including contractual obligations, capabilities, and long-term objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading projects or programs, with a focus on software implementation and delivery.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with external clients, demonstrating strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write effective reports and make presentations to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies, particularly in enterprise-level application development projects.
