This position oversees corporate services and real estate operations across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
It involves managing regional real estate portfolios, including lease negotiations, budgeting, design, and construction projects.
- Leading facilities and business services such as reception, conference services, corporate travel, pantry/food services, and mail operations.
- Directing and supporting administrative and office management staff across multiple APAC locations.
- Serving as the primary liaison with landlords, property managers, vendors, local authorities, and senior management.
- Driving real estate strategy and analytics, including occupancy planning, growth/contraction initiatives, and long-term space management.
- Overseeing vendor management, procurement, and support for regional corporate events.
A strategic thinker can drive business growth through effective management of corporate services and real estate.
