Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support the organisation's operations and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including filing financial and tax statements.
  • Manage budgets to ensure sustainability and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of training grants, ensuring accurate and timely management of grant processing, monitoring, disbursement, audit, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions and government agencies to strengthen grants policies and governance.
  • Lead communication to engage stakeholders on finance and training grant matters arising from risk, controls, and compliance.
  • Manage the finance team, providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Background in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, meticulous, and process/system oriented.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and interpersonal skills.
