Job Title: Senior Site Manager for Structural Operations

\

Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the structural aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Supervise and monitor all structural works on site, conducting daily site checks to identify potential issues and ensure timely completion.\
  • Coordinate with RTO, consultants, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals, maintaining proper site documentation and records.\
  • Verify workmanship and materials before inspection, ensuring QA/QC control of structural works and reporting any non-conformances to the Structural Engineer/Project Manager.\
  • Liaise closely with subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues and maintain good housekeeping on site, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.\
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection requests, QAQC reports, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

\
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in supervising structural works within the construction industry.\
  • Strong understanding of local codes, standards, and RTO inspection procedures, with hands-on experience in QA/QC checks, site coordination, and inspection documentation.\
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site workers, with a strong focus on customer service and timekeeping.\
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
