Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our Private Banking Loans, Payments, Credit documentations, Reconciliation Governance and Data / MI operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering overall PVB SnT Operations Strategy through agreed KPI / OKRs from time to time relevant to processes under the Role holder's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.">
  • Identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks to the Group, as well as an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group relevant to areas and processes as stated under responsible for.">

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on private banking loans, payments and credit documentations.">
