About the Role:

The Football Association of Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive/Executive to join our Coach Education and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining administrative and operational activities within the Coach Education Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, review, and implement departmental policies and procedures to optimize work processes, ensuring alignment with FAS and CED's mission and values.
  2. Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of budget plans, including costs and revenue projections, variances, and initiating corrective actions when needed. Lead, when needed, in the preparation of annual budgets and manage inventories as part of the financial planning process.
  3. Provide operational support to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all related activities, processes, and procedures in the key areas for compliance and transparency are adhered to.
  4. Handles administrative support in efficiently managing activities, programmes, events, and other initiatives in the key areas of Coach Education, Clubs, and Schools are followed through correctly.

Additional Responsibilities:

Spearhead the coordination and management of all internal and external communications with key personnel such as internal departments, clubs, schools, coaches, suppliers, sponsors, stakeholders, and partners.

Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to FAS-organised activities like coaching courses, Continuing Coach Education (CCE) sessions, meetings, workshops, tournaments, matches, etc.

Manage the department's procurement of equipment, apparel, and other items to ensure the smooth delivery of FAS Coach education and development programmes.

Manage the equipment and apparel stock inventory in FAS, other related venues, and storage areas.

Processing of allowances of our Coach Developers for Coaching Courses and providing timely reports and updates to the Head on the key operational areas.

Any other duties as assigned by the Technical Director and General Secretary.
