Senior Surveyor - Marine and Offshore Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team in the marine and offshore industry. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of newbuilding ships, operating ships, and offshore units, as well as auditing and certifying suppliers.

You will provide technical support and deal with technical problems encountered during branch inspection and audit activities. Additionally, you will provide training services to customers and actively solve practical technical problems for them.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in shipbuilding, maritime affairs, or marine engineering, with at least 10 years of on-site inspection experience in IACS member classification societies.

You should also have qualifications recognized by IACS member classification societies for new shipbuilding survey, operating ship survey and audit, and marine product survey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in shipbuilding, maritime affairs, or marine engineering
  • At least 10 years of on-site inspection experience in IACS member classification societies
  • Qualifications recognized by IACS member classification societies for new shipbuilding survey, operating ship survey and audit, and marine product survey
  • Fluent English and Chinese language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
