Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full suite of Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties,
Taking charge of tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties as well as reviewing of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for Electrical disciplines
Taking charge of Contract / Sub Contract administration, preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers claims
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor
Has prior experience in large-scale construction projects.

Location: West
Working days: 5 Days
Salary : up to S$6,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
