We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Freight Coordinator.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import and export shipments, as well as shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Permit Declaration, Notice of Arrival, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling full set of import and export shipments and shipping documents
  • Prompt response and close communication with vendors, customers, carriers and overseas agents
  • Offering solutions to clients for shipment /space

Qualifications and Experiences:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding

- A general diploma in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred. However, candidates without this qualification but with multiple years of proven relevant track records will be considered too.

- Working knowledge of Import and Export processes
