Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Compliance Risk Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects and client engagements, building and maintaining professional networks, and discussing industry trends to develop related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects and client engagements, driving results-oriented outcomes and fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain professional networks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying opportunities to develop innovative solutions that address client needs.
  • Analyze and evaluate compliance policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support clients in obtaining regulatory approvals, including Payment Services and Capital Market Licenses.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology-driven solutions for risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Up to 10 years of experience in Consulting or the Financial Services Industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with a creative problem-solving mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and execute effectively under high stress, with a strong focus on business ethics and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the creation of clear and concise policies and procedures.

Education and Credentials:

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more areas: Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management.
  • Good working knowledge of banking, payments, insurance, and/or asset management operations and products, and the regulations affecting them.
  • Familiarity with Next Generation Regulatory Technology and Innovation used in the Financial Services sector.
