Job Title: HR Support SpecialistAt our organization, we're looking for a highly skilled and organized HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be responsible for assisting in various HR-related tasks, including employee relations, payroll, leave management, and employee records.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork processing• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner• Participate in organizing company events and careers days• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and exit interviews• Participate in policy updates and documentation• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties• Conduct orientation and coordinate training sessions for new employees• Handle any HR-related reports and employee queries• Ensure compliance with employment and labor lawsRequirements:Higher Nitec in Business Administration / Human Resource or equivalentAble to work independently and work as a team playerAble to multi-task and work with minimal supervisionAble to handle confidential informationGood computer literacy in MS Office Applications
