About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to drive our digital initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of complex projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that impact one or across business, technology, and enterprising to drive project success.
  • Manage all aspects of Digital project and program engagement for retail mobile banking platform from planning, resources planning and budget, change management, risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology, business, operations, regulators, etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners.
  • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities, including chairing project management working committee meetings and facilitating steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
  • Develop and present business cases with a consulting mindset, providing strategic recommendations for system upgrades, replacements, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and technology risk management standards.
