Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our procurement team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to begin a career in supply chain management within the Food & Beverage industry.


The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Purchasing Support: Assist in sourcing suppliers and evaluating product offerings for quality, reliability, and pricing. Support in negotiating basic purchase terms and order quantities.
  • Vendor Management: Help maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality. Assist with supplier performance reviews and monitor compliance with agreed terms.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing procurement contracts, purchase orders, and other related documentation. Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date for auditing purposes.
  • Cost & Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to prevent stockouts or wastage. Support cost-saving initiatives by researching market trends and pricing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with business needs. Provide administrative support to the procurement team for process improvement.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and start a career in procurement.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction effectively.
