Job Description for BIM Coordinator

At JOB LIONS PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our building information modeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpretation and Modeling: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create and update BIM models, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • BIM Documentation: Produce high-quality BIM documentation with proper title blocks for submission, adhering to industry standards and client requirements.
  • BIM Object Families: Create and modify BIM object families, including parametric and non-parametric models, to support project deliverables.
  • Version Control: Maintain accurate records of BIM and drawing versions, ensuring that all deliverables and documentation comply with project requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with team members to resolve queries and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support the BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager in coordinating with stakeholders, as required, to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, including internship experience.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in data integration and performance tuning.
  • Education: A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a strong understanding of mathematics and drawing principles.
