Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and assist in BIM implementation on projects, ensuring seamless integration with design teams and contractors.
  • Manage and maintain project content, sourcing additional information as needed to support project teams.
  • Liaise with authorities and contractors to communicate changes in procedure and standards to project teams.
  • Collaborate with the BIM team and design team to resolve day-to-day modeling and coordination issues.
  • Verify model quality and integrity before issuing model information, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate with lead BIM modellers to ensure all models are produced on schedule, meeting project deadlines.
  • Append models in Navisworks and run clash analysis tests to identify potential issues.
  • Hold coordination meetings with design teams to review model quality, space proofing, accessibility, and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Proficient in designing software, including 2D Microstation, OpenBuilding, and Revit.
