Job Title: Site SupervisorOverview

This is a key role in overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend daily subcontractor meetings to address structural and architectural issues, ensuring alignment with the project schedule.
  2. Monitor site progress and subcontractor safety compliance, reporting findings to the immediate superior and safety officer.
  3. Verify that subcontractor work complies with approved drawings and details; implement corrective actions for non-conformance.
  4. Conduct daily activity inspections with the project RE or RTO, addressing comments promptly to secure approval for work commencement.
  5. Maintain accurate inspection records for future reference and potential legal use in unforeseen defect cases.
  6. Support the Environmental Health & Safety program established by the Project Manager and WSHO, contributing to a safe and clean site environment.
  7. Commit to professional development by attending relevant BCA or equivalent courses and exploring feasible cost-saving methods for site application.
  8. Take on additional tasks that contribute to the project team's efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in site supervision or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
