Job Description:

Role Overview

The System Quality Management Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the Authority's standards. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure that office and project quality meet compliance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure works are in compliance with method statements and proper sequence of work;
  • Implement preventive measures, corrective actions, and review comments to address non-conformance issues;
  • Maintain QA/QC records and ensure all project documentation is kept in compliance with the QMS;
  • Prepare and establish internal and external audit plans and conduct audits for Singapore, Malaysia, and India regions;
  • Ensure timely renewal of the company's authority certification;
  • Prepare and submit applications for authority awards for completed projects;
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings and management reviews;
  • Support company development and maintain organizational charts regularly;

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma in engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry;
