Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Development: Design and develop custom workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate tasks and processes related to incident management and catalog requests.
  • Catalog Item Management: Utilize Catalog Item Builder to create and manage catalog items, ensuring a user-friendly experience for requesting services.
  • Scripting and Integration: Leverage ServiceNow Scripting (Glide) to enhance functionalities and tailor the platform to meet specific business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and automated workflows.
  • Collaboration and Testing: Collaborate with IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations. Perform thorough testing of developed workflows and integrations to ensure functionality and stability.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Document developed solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and maintainability. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Catalog Item Builder, and Scripting (Glide). Familiarity with REST API concepts and experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Experience with incident management processes within ServiceNow.
  • Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
