Job Description:
User Growth Operations Lead
This role involves designing and executing strategies to drive user growth and engagement in the UGC content ecosystem. Key responsibilities include developing creator recruitment, incentive, and retention plans to increase content supply, as well as designing content distribution and recommendation optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of cold start and growth strategies for the UGC content ecosystem in Singapore.
  • Design and implement creator recruitment, incentive, and retention plans to increase content supply.
  • Develop content distribution and recommendation optimization strategies to improve content matching efficiency.
  • Plan localized user growth campaigns to drive daily active users (DAU) and user retention.
  • Collaborate with the algorithm team to optimize content matching efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to propose product iteration suggestions and promote the implementation of closed-loop features.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in internet platform operations, preferably in UGC content platforms or O2O/instant delivery services.
  • Familiarity with content ecosystem operations and local delivery operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to independently analyze data using SQL/Excel and derive actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of the Singapore market and experience working in multicultural teams.

Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience in 0-to-1 business cold start.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian internet product trends and engagement mechanics.
